Creation of pfs
In 1999 the seed of pfs was created, whose original mission was to train bank and savings bank employees in credit risk matters.
New business and focus on software products
2008 is when the pfs as we know it really took shape. Capacities were expanded, adding to training the consulting business and software products, which were still very much focused solely on the banking credit risk niche.
First digital services platform: legal business
We launch our first specialised service in digital platform format, supported by strong business process know-how and software products that were already a hit with financial clients at the time.
Expansion of the legal services platform
In order to efficiently transform the legal process of large corporations, we expanded the digital platform and integrated procurement as an essential part of the end-to-end solution.
We expanded markets for our software products
We expanded and diversified our target markets, opening up our technology to customers in other segments.
ABA and ASSISTO
Our first M&A transaction focused on integrating traditional legal business to transform it into a digital services platform and expand our capabilities. We thus became the market leader.
New line of specialisation for the insurance market
To bring our software products and digital platforms to the insurance market, we created a line of specialisation that allowed us to align ourselves with the specific needs of this sector.
Second M&A operation, in which we incorporated Waavi as a disruptive innovation laboratory, providing us with the capacity to “Innovation made fast&smart”.
We add the company LexTools, expanding our capabilities to serve the legal market through technology.
We open pfs delegation in Lisbon, Portugal, being this our first step in the internationalisation of the company.
Retail and Ventures Area
In order to increase and diversify the client base and also to generate and promote new intellectual property, the retail and ventures line is born.
pfs establishes itself in México
pfs crosses the pond with the integration of the technology company Telepro.
