Likewise, pfs guarantees maximum security and confidentiality in the processing of users’ personal data. pfs reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to new legislative of jurisprudential developments as well as to industry practices. In such cases, pfs shall announce on this website the changes introduced reasonably in advance of their implementation.

Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. By sending information containing personal data, the user guarantees to pfs that he or she is the owner of the data, or that he or she has the power of representation or that he or she has been granted consent by the owner of the data to provide the same.

vi. To manage the selection process corresponding to the vacancy for which the candidate has applied.
Consent (Art 6.1.a) RGPD). By ticking the acceptance box of the privacy policy enabled in the corresponding data collection form, the User freely and expressly consents to the processing of his or her personal data for this purpose.
The data will be processed for as long as the interested party remains in the selection process. In the event of being excluded from the selection process, or if the selection process ends without the candidate being hired, the data may be kept, duly blocked, for a period of 1 year. If, at the end of this period, the data are updated, they may be kept for successive periods of 1 year in order to take the candidate into consideration for future selection processes that may fit his or her profile. At the end of this period, the personal data will be deleted.
The forms on the website will inform the user in each case whether or not the answers to the questions asked are mandatory for being able to register.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, pfs shall process your data until such time as they become unnecessary for the purpose for which they are processed. Once these purposes have ceased, pfs shall keep yoour data duly blocked for the periods of time shown in the table. The blocking of data means that pfs may only process them for the purpose of meeting any liabilities of any kind that may arise. Your personal data will be deleted when such liabilities expire.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place.
The personal data provided on the Website that are considered sensitive categories of data, such as data that may reveal your physical condition, health, trade union membership, religion or beliefs, among others, shall be processed by pfs exclusively for the purposes for which the user has provided them. In addition, in the event that the user, as the representative and/or legal guardian of a data subject, communicates his or her personal data to us, so that we may process them in accordance with the purposes indicated above, he or she expressly guarantees that he or she has sufficient legal legitimacy to provide us with the personal data of said candidate.
When do we disclose the user’s personal information?
Only in the event that the user gives prior and express consent, pfs shall transfer his or her personal data exclusively to the distributors of its products in the different areas of Spain, or to other companies of the pfs group engaged in the same type of activity as pfs. To this end, on the pages of this website where the data collection forms are found, the user will find a button entitled «Data Communication» by which he or she may authorise pfs to transfer his or her data exclusively to the persons indicated.
In the event that this option does not appear, pfs shall not transfer the data to third parties under any circumstances, although it may allow access to third parties, data processors, which is strictly necessary for the provision of a service to pfs related to the service contracted by the user. To this end, pfs ensures that all these entities comply with the applicable data protection regulations, which are also directly applicable to them, by regulating the commissioning of processing in accordance with the obligations set out in article 28 RGPD.
Security measures
pfs shall proccess your personal data with the strictest confidence. It has also adopted the levels of security for the protection of Personal Data legally required by the regulations in force, and has implemented all the appropriate technical and organisational means and measures available to it to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent the destruction, loss, misuse, illicit access, illicit alteration and theft of the Personal Data provided by the user. When determining these measures, criteria such as the scope, context and purposes of the processing, the state of the art and the existing risks have been taken into account.
International data transfers
In principle, there are no international transfers of personal data. However, in the event of the possibility of personal data being transferred outside the European Economic Area, pfs provides adequate data protection guarantees by ensuring that an adequacy decision of the European Commission is in place for the corresponding third country or by applying the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for international data transfers, as well as ensuring that the recipient has security measures similar to those established by pfs.

Rights of access, rectification, opposition, abolition, portability or restriction
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability or restriction by sending a request together with their name and surname (in the event that pfs cannot identify them correctly, it may request a copy of their ID card or other equivalent identification document in order to comply with the exercise of the rights requested) to pfs. pfs provides Users with the appropriate technical resources so that they may previously access this notice on the Privacy Policy or any other relevant information and may give their consent, so that pfs may proceed with the automated processing of their personal data. Except where otherwise indicated, answers to questions about personal data are voluntary, and failure to answer shall not imply a reduction in the quality or quantity of the services concerned, unless otherwise indicated.

pfs is not responsible for the veracity of information that is not of its own creation and for which another source is indicated, nor does it assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.
pfs reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained on this website and may even limit or deny access to such information.
pfs is exonerated from responsibility for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided by pfs, as long as it comes from sources outside pfs.
