Agustín Rodríguez

Agustín Rodríguez, born in 1980, has been the CEO of the company since September 2017, as well as being one of the founding partners.

Agustín Rodríguez is a telecommunications engineer with a degree in Economics, and has developed his professional career in the retail, banking, automotive, and consulting sectors.

All this accumulated experience has allowed him to become an expert in efficiency in markets, business processes and clients, as well as in Negotiation, Risk Management, Banking, Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Corporate Development – M&A, Software Platform Construction and IP monetization.

It was in 2008 when Agustín R. began his journey at pfs, accepting the challenge of creating the technology and software area of the company from scratch, becoming a partner in this area. In 2017, with the software business consolidated, Agustín Rodriguez assumed the position of CEO. Today, Agustín R. is the majority shareholder of pfs and has managed to turn the company around in a few years, from a small company to a large international corporation, achieving a turnover of more than 45 million euros, an EBITDA of more than 10 million euros, going from 6 to more than 600 employees in different geographies, and integrating three companies.

As a professional, Agustín is always focused on efficiency and Intellectual Property, continuously seeking to adapt the company’s structure to market opportunities, diverse business processes and clients, which has allowed for the expansion of business lines, product and service development, as well as strong international expansion.
