Complaints  channel

Through our complaints channel, any person related to pfs can report irregular or criminal behaviour, both within the company and in third party companies related to the company.

What is it and what is its purpose?

It is a confidential and private communication channel available to all employees linked to pfs. The purpose of the whistle-blowing channel is to receive, retain and deal with irregularities or breaches of regulations, as well as possible improper attitudes committed by employees or companies belonging to pfs.

Scope of the complaint

Any irregularity or breach of regulations linked to financial, accounting, commercial or conduct malpractice commited by pfs employees or companies may be reported through the complaints channel.

Communication of the complaint

Complaints shall be made through the complaints channel located on the pfs website using the form below. All complaints received must be processed confidentially by the Compliance Committee.

Content of the complaint

In order to be able to examine the reported facts properly, all reports must contain the following information:

Detailed statement of the facts complained of

After identifying the person making the complaint (area, position, company, head office) and providing contact details, the name(s) of the person(s) involved must be provided, specifying their full name(s) and position(s), together with as detailed a description of the facts as possible.

In addition to the information provided, the complainant should clarify the time at which it occurred and indicate if it continues to occur at the present time.

Impact of the reported facts

Wherever possible, a quantification of the damage caused by the reported event(s), whether financial, ethical or personal, should be provided. Additional information may also be added if necessary.

Evidence of wrongdoing

In order to obtain more information and to facilitate the analysis of the facts, if possible and necessary, documentation may be provided to prove or clarify the facts reported.

    Data protection

    The personal data you provide will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of PROYECTOS FORMACIÓN Y SERVICIOS, S.L., with address at C/Puerto de Somport No 9, Planta Baja, Edificio Oxxeo, CP 28050, and CIF B82270240, with the purpose of managing your communication, carrying out the investigation of the reported facts, adopting the pertinent corrective measures, and if necessary, informing you of the result of the procedure.

    The personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be communicated to any third party, unless it is essential for the investigation of the reported facts (such as the corresponding persons in the respective companies that are part of pfs).

    The legal basis that legitimises this processing is the need to carry out a public interest mission, such as the prevention of criminal offences and the criminal liability of the legal entities that are part of pfs.

    The data will be processed for the aforementioned purposes for the period necessary for their investigation in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force.
    You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability with respect to the personal data you have provided, by sending a copy of your ID card or equivalent document by post to the address indicated, and identifying yourself as a user of the complaints channel form in www.pfsgroup.es/en/complaints-channel/.
